Michael is seriously the best! He is a real estate agent who puts your happiness way ahead of his bottom line. He worked with us to find our dream home and was very communicative through the whole process. He goes above and beyond! After we closed on the house he even offered to come help us make a couple minor repairs on his weekend. I can not recommend Michael enough. Honestly, if you don’t go with him, you’re making a mistake.

Our experience with Michael was great! We live in California and were nervous about how things would go with us being so far away. Michael helped us feel as if we were right there with him. He worked out the best deal for us. And he quickly handled issues that came up with the lender and attorneys. I’ve bought/sold houses with Michael before, so there was no doubt about calling him again when I got a new job out of state, needed to move ASAP, and had to sell QUICKLY. Michael and his team pulled through and we received an offer for full asking price on its first day on the market! The changes he suggested to make the house more sellable were simple and not too costly yet made huge impacts (Michael could probably have his own HGTV show just on simple changes that make a house more sellable). When the buyer asked for a few things in the inspection report to be addressed, Michael started making calls to his trusted contacts. Access to Michael’s curated list of home service pros is one another huge perk – the people he recommended were fast, did amazing work, and were significantly cheaper than I would have expected. I can’t say enough how easy Michael made everything, from getting through initial paperwork all the way to an out-of-state, mail-away closing. He always made us feel like the center of the universe and it’s insane how above and beyond he goes to help (everything from helping with yardwork to helping me sell furniture to even taking care of my mail after I left). And recently I sold a rental property and since it had an active lease, the property management company had an investor interesting in buying it and suggested I use their realtor to simplify the process. That experience was awful – the closing kept getting pushed back, the paperwork process was messy chaos, and there was no communication what-so-ever. Just another reminder of how spoiling it is to work with Michael and his team!

Michael is the best of the best. He has gone above and beyond all expectations. My husband and I are first time home buyers and were having difficulties finding homes with our budget and moving time line. On day one Michael was ready with listing and homes available for viewing. He gave tips and advice that were very insightful. Ultimately we went with a new build. Even though there were difficulties with our builder and lender Michael never wavered. He was even burning the midnight oil the night before our closing to make sure everything was a go. Thank you Mike! Our family loves the new home.
